Refund Policy

At Avicyn, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our unstitched fabrics and organic rituals. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer a flexible 7-Day return policy constraint.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Unstitched fabric must be completely uncut and unwashed.
• Organic Rituals (Skincare, Hair Oils) must have unpunctured seals due to hygiene protocols.
• Items must include all original packaging, tags, and invoices.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, easily navigate to your Customer Portal (Account Menu) and click "Returns & Cancellations". Alternatively, you can email our support desk at info@avicyn.com with your Order Number (e.g. ORD-1092).

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to dispatch the package back to our logistics fulfillment center via TCS or Leopard Courier.

Refund Processing

Since we operate primarily on manual bank deposits, refunds will be reversed via direct IBAN transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days after inspecting the returned goods at our facility. Note that outward shipping charges are non-refundable.
